      Thanks Christine! Try to find the adjustment for the microphone sound. Do the test in Skype (Skype test call), until you can hear the message playback to you. I hope you can fix it soon, as I am sure it is very important for you to speak with your daughter. Luiza

      I done it, got the sound on skype working,which is good, but no sound on my other phone programme voip now, thats really strange
      Still i am happy because i can video call Stella now,
      Will give it a rest for a few days then might try voip again,
