I just had an interesting (to be mild! ) experience with Coby!!! I bought a MP3 (MP600) Player for my children. Last week, I was loading some piano music into it, and, once, I plugged in the USB port to my computer with the player on. Needless to say, this was when all the computer problems started to happen on my machine (at least when I noticed...). And, if not enough, the player showed "File Sys Err" on all folders. I finally called Customer Service (I sent 2 emails during the week, and never heard back!!!). The answer they gave me: cannot do anything for you! Is this a great customer service or what? I would say What???!!! Solution: I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER COBY anything. Keep that in mind the next time you are around shopping for electronics.
