Work tonight and tomorrow all day - hopefully my computer will be fixed by the time I get hope tomorrow evening!! Windows keeps crashing and tech support(my son) has tried several things and has decided reinstalling windows is the next step so have spent several days making sure everything is fully backed up - what a pain :(

Thanks Christine and Nancy. Christine, you are a good person. However, sometimes people can be unreasonable, and we loose our cool... In my book, that only means that we are human beings. Nancy, I hope your computer gets fixed... Have you tried to remove one memory at a time (not sure how many memory blocks you have), and check. Overheat? Anyways, I am sure your son will check everything for you. The disk can always be moved to another machine to be backed up :) I hope you have a wonderful day. Luiza
