Look at the new categories today: Photoshop style (I did not have time to search for the equivalent in Gimp. If you know, please send me a comment, and I will update this summary). I try to create new themes as I see some more kits/elements that are related to them.
The Commercial Use category is still running... However, please remember to check if the freebie is really CU ok, the policy of the store/designer. You might also want to check the other posts, as sometimes I miss it.
If you like this blog, please help "spread the word". Here are some ways to do that:
- If you have a blog, please add a link to my blog, or add the blinkie (available on the left side).
- If you do not have a blog, please tell your friends that are also interested in Digital Scrapbook to stop by. This is the best way to propagate this blog. By propagating this blog, it might give you another vehicle to promote your products. By telling other people, it will generate traffic to the stores, and it will be a win-win situation. Otherwise, eventually the blog dies... That may be good for some, but not for the community.
If you have a blog, and your freebie was not published in this blog yet, send a comment to this blog (it can be sent from any post) (Se voce fala portugues, pode mandar em portugues). Sometimes, I already have your blog/store but your blog/store is setup in a way that it is very hard to recognize a freebie in the blog. So, please check some of the store/blogs that are published, and try to follow one of the models.
Because I look at each picture, and I classify your possible freebie (the software thinks it is a freebie, and it might pick up the wrong object) based on what I see, it would be nice to have a description on it. Several of you do an amazing job at that. For instance, some of you tell what you are offering, put a small picture of the freebie, and also put a small picture of the whole kit. For me, it is great as I can classify your freebie based on what you think it should be. For the freebie hunter, it is great, as they can see what they are getting. For you store owner, you also give a hint of what is available for sale, and might help you sell the kit. Just a suggestion, so you can promote your products better, and help your customers to easily find you.
It has been now 18 days since I changed the url for this service. If you have subscribed to the "older" url, please consider subscribing to this new url (I am not posting to the "older" url/address). Also, if you were "following" the older address, please consider following this new address. I also made a new blinkie with the right link to this blog (the old blinkie links to the other blog). If you want to know why I changed the url, I explained before.
Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for listing my freebies.
ReplyDeleteI do want to let you know that I just unsubbed from your list because your emails are way too large and have frozen my screen and email program numerous times. I would not mind a smaller email with a link to your site...not all the graphics. If you decide to do that in the future I will resub. Thanks!
I will try to investigate how to get the images out. The subscription is offered through feed burner. I will let people know if I figure it out. Thanks for letting me know.
