    Thanks for the links
    I have already got a back up on a storage usb unit,
    I had two but can only find one of them so want another backup,
    I tend to hide things then can not find them,
    gone back to the 700 mb cd which are quick and easy to copy to,

    Thanks for the links - today and yesterday!
    work last night was interesting
    I had 2 people to train - it was the 1st day for both of them.
    It wasn't easy to oversee both, make sure they were both learning
    and not have 1 standing waiting me to finish with the other

    Christine- I stop backing up to cds, I just have 2 external hard drives 1 for photos 1 for scrapping stuff then because 1 backup is never enough I have my photos on a 32GB flash drive at my mothers
